Studio Art MFA student exhibition opens at Krannert Art Museum

Twelve MFA students in the Studio Arts program installed an exhibition at the Krannert Art Museum this month. The exhibit runs from April 12 thru April 26.

Graduate art and design students exhibit their work at Krannert Art Museum

In an Illinois News Bureau article published this week, arts & humanities editor Jodi Heckel writes about the exhibition, highlighting the culminating work of Studio Art MFA students like Amy Applegate, Anieya Cauthen, Erica Fitzgerald, Quinn Koeneman, Joseph Obanubi, and Harsh Waichal. Several themes emerge from the exhibition including ideas about gender and bodily autonomy, memory and identity, accessibility and communication, and power and control.
