Illini Vex Robotics - was awarded both the Amaze and Onshape challenge awards, placing 5th in the world.
This past March, in collaboration with the Siebel Center for Design, the team hosted their first-ever Vex U competition, which proved quite successful and will most likely pave the way for future events. The Illini Vex Robotics team from UIUC attended the World Championships in 2022 & 2023, competing in the Create US Open signature event (US nationals). At the 2023 World Championships, Illini Vex Robotics was awarded both the Amaze and Onshape challenges, placing 5th in the world for driver/programming skills (timed challenge)
